Qualitative Research of Health Services Absence in Poor Areas Counties in Shanxi Province

目的:定性分析山西省贫困地区卫生服务缺失表现、原因及对策。方法:对临县、左权县、太谷县、曲沃县各级人员进行专题小组讨论,收集资料。结果:详细叙述了山西省贫困地区卫生服务缺失的表现、原因及解决对策。结论:两类地区间卫生服务缺失情况相似;必须采取综合措施才能有效解决贫困地区卫生服务缺失问题。

Objective： To make qualitative analysis of the performance, causes and countermeasure of health services absence in poor areas in Shanxi Province. Methods： Collecting and discussing information on all levels personnel of Lin County, Zuo Quan County, Taigu County, Quwo County. Results： The performance, causes and countermeasure of health services absence in poor areas in Shanxi Province are proposed in detail. Conclusion： Health services absence in two regions were similar, and comprehensive measures must be taken to solve the problem of health services absence in poor areas.
