国产和进口大型医用设备采购价格比较研究

Study on the Purchasing Price of Domestic and Imported Large Medical Equipments

目的:了解江苏省二级及以上医院大型医用设备采购价格现状,分析存在的不足,提出合理的对策建议。方法:采用描述性分析、配对t检验的方法对数据进行分析。结果:大型设备的采购主要依赖于进口。进口单价是国产单价的2.60倍(P=0.000)。欧盟和美国的大型设备单价高于其他国家。结论:合理购置大型设备,完善大型设备采购机制等。

Objective：To understand the status quo of hospitals at and above grade II in Jiangsu Province and to analyze the weakness.Rational countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Method：Using descriptive method and paired t-test to analyze the data.Result：A large portion of large equipments was imported.The per-unit price of imported large equipments was 2.60 times to that of domestic.The per-unit price of large equipment from the European unites and America was higher than that from other countries.Conclusion：Large equipment should purchased rationally,and large equipment purchasing mechanism be perfected.
