摘要
自行设计问卷对住院患者进行调查,获得637份有效问卷。对影响患者信任度的因素进行分析,并探讨提高住院患者对护士信任度的措施。调查结果表明,影响患者信任的因素可分为护患关系、护理工作、善意和仪表四类,其中护理工作是信任的主要影响因素,护患关系是次要因素,善意和仪表对信任的影响不显著。建议从护理工作及护患关系两方面着手来提高住院患者对护士的信任度。Study on the factors affecting inpatient’s trust in nurse/ZHU Fang,HU Weizhong//Chinese Hospitals.-2011,15(1)
This paper aims to search measures improving inpatient＇ s trust in nurse by analyzing factors affecting inpatient＇ s trust.s trust empirical study was conducted based on data of a survey of 637 inpatients using a self-designed questionnaire. Factors affecting inpatient＇ s trust in nurse could be converged to four categnries, relationship between nurse and inpatient, nursing quality, goodness, and appearance, in which nursing quality is the must importaut factor affectiug inpatient＇ s trust and the relationship between nurse and inpatient is the secondary factor. Neither goodness nor appearance affects inpatient＇ s trust significantly. Improvement of inpatient＇ s trust in nurse could be achieved by fulfilling of high quality nursing and establishing of good relationship between nnrse and inpatient.
