关于2型糖尿病病人应用胰岛素治疗的新概念

摘要 教育是糖尿病患者的一个主要问题,患者对治疗的依从性差,对糖尿病的一些常识性问题概念不清。就2型糖尿病患者应用胰岛素治疗的适应证、胰岛素治疗的目标、胰岛素如何联用其他口服降糖药、胰岛素的种类、胰岛素如何使用等国内的一些新进展介绍如下。
