摘要
1995年在16 个零式果枝类型海岛棉品种的苗期至盛铃期,测定了棉株主茎子叶至第16叶位叶片的光合色素含量。结果表明:测定叶位叶片的叶绿素a、b、(a+ b)和类胡萝卜素的含量平均分别为328、129、457 和115m g·dm - 2,叶绿素a/b 和叶绿素总量/类胡萝卜素平均为254和402;所测光合色素性状在供试品种间和叶位叶片间均存在极显著的差异性;子叶和5~16叶位叶片的叶绿素a、b、(a+ b)和类胡萝卜素的含量分别与各叶位叶片的平均值呈显著正相关;所有叶位叶片的叶绿素a、b、(a+ b)含量之间以及这三者与类胡萝卜素含量之间分别呈高度平行关系。5~12节位叶片较高的光合色素含量是零型海岛棉结铃中段优势的光合生理基础。上述结果为海岛棉高光效育种提供了理论基础,对高产栽培具有重要的指导意义。
Photosynthetic pigment contents were tested on leaves from cotyledon to the 16th leaf node of 16 varieties in 1995. The results indicated that the mean value of Chla, Chlb, Ch1(a+b) and carotenoid of leaves at different nodes were 3 28, 1 29, 4 57 and 1 15mg·dm -2 ,respectively. The mean ratios of Chla/b and chlorophyll/carotenoid were 2 54 and 4 02. The property of photosynthetic pigment characters among different varieties and among different leaves showed significant differences. The contents of Chla, Chlb, Chl(a+b), carotenoid of cotyledon and leaves at 5~16th nodes had significantly positive correlation with its total mean value of all leaves. Positive correlation existed in/among the contents of Chla, Chlb and Chl(a+b) of all leaves, as well as in between those contents and carotenoid contents of all leaves. In addition, Further discussion was made on the relation between the higher contents of photosynthetic pigment at 5th to 12th nodes and the middle bearing dominance of zero fruit branch seaisland cotton.
