RhD阴性患者血清学表型和不规则抗体筛查结果分析

Analysis for the situation of the serological phenotype and irregular antibody on the patients with RhD（ - ）

目的调查和分析医院RbD阴性患者的血清学表现型和不规则抗体筛查的情况。方法采用盐水试管法检测RhD抗原，微柱凝胶法检测Rh—CcEe抗原和不规则抗体。结果共检出RhD阴性176例（占0．37％），其中检出不规则抗体5例（占2．84％）。表现型主要以ccdee和Ccdee为主。结论非紧急情况下，医院应对RhD阴性患者进行血清学表现型和不规则抗体筛查，尽量选择Rh血型相同的血液输注；同时血站应建立一个稳定而具有详细资料的Rh阴性献血者库，以解决血液供需矛盾，及时满足临床用血需求。

Objective To investigate and analysis the situation of the serological phenotype and irregular antibody on patients with RhD（ - ） （ Rh blood group D - negative）. Methods Using saline - vitro method to detect RhD antigen, and microcolumn gel test to detect Rh - CcEe antigen and to screen irregular antibodies. Results 176 cases （ accounting for 0. 37% ） with RhD（ - ） were detected, including 5 cases of irregular antibodies positive（ accounting for 2. 84% ）. Most of their phenotype were ccdee and Ccdee. Conclusion At the non - emergency situations, the serological phenotype and irregular antibody should be tested for all patients with RhD（ - ） in hospital and the blood was choosed to transfuse to patients with tauto - RhD as far as possible. The database of RhD（ - ） donors with detailed information should be established for clinical transfusion in blood bank.
