摘要
模块化设计思想对于提高产品可靠性、降低成本、缩短研发周期、满足多样化任务需求具有重要意义。借鉴模块化设计理念在国外航天领域的应用,提出了一种适应多用途轨道服务器研制的模块化方案,初步开展了模块划分、模块设计、模块组合的方法研究,并通过模块的设计、选择和集成来满足载人航天的多用途轨道服务器的任务需求。
Modularized design methods can greatly improve reliability,reduce costs, shorten development cycle, and meet diversified task requirements. Based on the successful application of modularized design methods on foreign space systems, a concept of modularized design that is applicable to the development of multi-function orbital service vehicle is proposed, a primary research is conducted to study modularized design methods, such as module partition, module design, and module combination. Through the design, selection and integration of modules, the requirements of multifunction orbital service vehicle used for manned spaceflight are met.
