摘要
目的建立红三七中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil(钻石)C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%的磷酸溶液(13:87),检测波长327 nm,流速1.0 ml/min。结果绿原酸在(34.42-344.20)μg/ml内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为100.8%、98.6%、98.2%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为红三七中绿原酸的定量分析方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Polygonum viviparum.Methods The C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13:87),the flow rate 1.0 ml/min and the detection wave length was 327nm.Results The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear(r=0.9996) in the range of 34.42-344.20 μg/ml,the recovery rate of lower,median and higher concentration were respectively 100.8%,98.6% and 98.2%.Conclusion Accurate and repeatable results can be achieved by simple procedures.The method is suitable for quality control of Polygonum viviparum.
