摘要 目的应用810nm激光透巩膜睫状体光凝(TSCPC)治疗眼球挫伤致继发性青光眼观察其有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月至2009年12月收治眼球挫伤致继发性青光眼134例(134只眼),对其中伤情复杂的29眼行透巩膜睫状体光凝。结果经1-3次睫状体光凝,对外伤性青光眼降眼压成功率89.65%,无严重并发症。结论 810nm激光经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗眼球钝挫伤性青光眼是安全、简便有效的治疗手段。 Objective To observe the effectiveness and the safety of applying Trans-Scleral ciliary appratus Cyclo-Photo-Coagulation(TSCPC) with 810nm laser on treating secondary glaucoma induced by ocular contusion.Methods The treatment of 134 cases with secondary glaucoma induced by ocular contusion(134 eyes) from Jan.2005 to Dec.2009 in our hospital were retrospectively studied.29 eyes out of these cases with complex condition were given trans-sleral ciliary apparatus cyclo-photo-coagulation treatment.Laser energy was delivered to the eye through a fiber optic G-probe,Iris Company.(16 to 20 spots within 120 degrees for IOP35 and 180-270 degrees for IOP≥35,1.5w-2.0w energy applied for 1.5-2.0 sec).Follow-up observations were made for all patients for 3-14 months,Inner Optical Pressure,Visual Accuracy and Symptoms of eye were observed.Results After 1-3 times of treatment(trans-sleral ciliary apparatus cyclo-photo-coagulation),the success rate of reducing intraocular pressure reached 89.65% without severe complications.Conclusion Trans-scleral ciliary appratus cyclo-photo-coagulation with 810nm laser is a safe,simple and effective method on treating secondary glaucoma induced by ocular contusion.
