The main problem of speed-sensorless vector control drive systems of induction motors is bad low speed performance, it is caused by voltage model and its emf calculation of motors. The MRAScc and NFOA systems take out them,make use of motor self as a reference model and the stator model together with current model of the motor as an adjustable model and observe speed by means of the MRAS. This is a right way to solve the low speed problem. The ideas and test results of the MRAScc and NFOA systems are introduced.
