摘要
提出了一种高压绕线电机软启动与双馈调速一体化系统,该系统由可变电抗变换器、功率变换器、控制器和两组交流接触器构成。详细阐述了电机软启动与双馈调速一体化系统结构,分析了软启动和双馈调速原理,并分别对软启动和双馈调速进行了系统建模和仿真,并进行了试验。通过仿真与试验,其结果一致表明该一体化系统不但可以很好地实现高压绕线电机的平滑软启动,而且可以实现高压绕线电机的转速在同步转速的10%范围内可调。
An integrated system of high-voltage wound rotor motor soft starting and doubly-fed speed ad- justing was proposed. It consisted of variable reactance converter,power converter,controller and two groups AC contaetors. The system structure was described in detail and the principle of soft start and doubly-fed speed regulation was illustrated. Also the integrated system modeling and simulation were made and the system experiment was done. The simulation and experiment results conformably prove that the integrated system not only can start motor smoothly,but also can adjust the motor's speed steadily,the adjustable scope of the speed reaching about 10% of the synchronous speed.
