摘要
提出了基于16位单片机SPMC75F2413A的光伏并网系统软硬件的设计方案。系统以SPMC75F2413A作为主控芯片来控制单相桥式逆变主电路。在实现太阳能电池最大功率点跟踪的同时,该系统能实时检测太阳能电池输出电压和电流、电网电压和负载电流,采用软件锁相技术使输出电压同步跟踪电网相电压的频率和相位。通过对光伏并网系统的测试表明:并网电压与电网相电压同频同相。实验结果验证了该系统的可行性和实用性。
A software and hardware design method of PV grid control system based on a 16-bit microcontroller SPMC75F2413A was proposed. The SPMC75F2413A chip is used as main control chip to control single-phase bridge inverter main circuit. The system can track maximum power point of PV panels simultaneously by detecting PV output voltage and current,grid voltage and load current, at the same time make frequency and phase of the in- verter output voltage to track grid phase voltagers by the software PLL technique. Test results of simulation system show that grid-connected voltage is synchronization with grid phase voltage. Experimental results show the system is feasibility and practicality.
