摘要
晶闸管整流装置是自并励励磁系统的核心装置之一,提高该装置单柜的电流输出能力,可以降低整流装置并联运行的数量,提高励磁系统的稳定性。从晶闸管元件热量流通原理的励磁系统的特点出发,通过数据分析和试验验证得出了影响晶闸管散热的主要因素,并通过试验得到了证实,说明了要提高晶闸管整流装置输出能力,需要选择较好的散热器,而非提高晶闸管元件的额定电流,对于大型机组励磁系统功率柜的设计和器件的选择提供了选择依据,具有重要的指导意义。
The rectifier is one of the key devices in the excitation system. If the output of the rectifier is improved, the number of the parallel arms will be reduced, and the stability of the power system will be improved. Based on the theory of thermal circuit and the characteristics of excitation system, the thermal resistance was analyzed,and the main factor that block the heat fluid was found by a heavy current test. The test proves that it must choose the heat sink of high efficiency,not choose the SCR with the greater rated current,if the output current of rectifier want to be improved. And it also provides a method of design for the rectifier of the excitation system,and it is important for the engineering design.
