摘要
伺服系统性能测试与分析的方法和手段已经满足不了伺服系统本身发展的需要,从而造成各生产厂家对性能的评价模糊,不利于伺服系统产业良性发展。提出一种机械、电路和软件结合的测试平台,用以定量测试伺服系统性能指标,可以为伺服系统性能测试标准化提供技术上的参考意见,也可以为各伺服系统生产厂家提供具体的性能测试和分析手段。
Measuring and analyzing methods of servo system can no longer satisfy the requirements of its development. Therefore,it results in unclear performance description of servo product,which goes against the industry's sound development. A kind of measuring platform,composed of mechanism,circuit and software, was proposed to quantitatively measure the performance. The platform may provide a assistance for standardi- zation of servo system,and also may provide a optional method for all companies in the industry.
