摘要 介绍了福建凤竹纺织科技股份有限公司在国家发展低碳经济的号召下,在针织物染整工艺技术方面采取的一系列高效低耗、节能减排措施。重点介绍了纯棉前处理染色一浴、40℃低温活性染料染色、涤棉氧漂染涤一浴等6项针织物染整新工艺、新技术的应用,并阐述了企业通过实施这些新工艺、新技术,大幅度降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,同时为社会节约了有限的资源。 This paper introduces a series of measures of high efficiency,low consumption,energy conservation and emission reduction taken by Fujian Fengzhu Textile Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.in the field of knitted fabric's dyeing and finishing technology,mainly presents the application of 6 new technologies of knitted fabric's dyeing and finishing including one bath dyeing of pure cotton's pretreatment,low temperature(40 ℃) reactive dyeing and one bath oxygen bleaching and dyeing of polyester/cotton.The production cost is greatly reduced,the producing efficiency is increased and resources are effectively saved due to these innovations.
