纳米天然茶色素染料对羊绒制品染色工艺探讨 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨采用天然茶色素对羊绒纤维制品染色的可行性,介绍了山羊绒及天然茶色素的种类、结构和特点,通过试验分析3种天然茶色素染料的性能,探讨了不同染料用量、染色时间、染色温度和染液pH值对天然茶色素染料上染羊绒制品的影响,并研究了不同媒染方法和媒染剂对染色效果和各种牢度的影响。得出天然茶色素中的茶黄素最适合与羊绒染色,合理制定工艺可以实现其染色,加入媒染剂可以使织物呈现更多更鲜艳的颜色,且相较之下后媒染法和铜媒染剂的各项牢度最好。 This paper analyzes the feasibility of natural tea pigment nano-dye on cashmere products,introduces the types,structure and characteristics of cashmere and natural tea pigment,experimentally analyzes the properties of three kinds of natural tea pigments,discusses the influence of different applied amount of dye,dyeing time and temperature on the dyeing effect of natural tea pigment on cashmere products in the conventional dyeing process,and studies the influence of different mordant dyeing methods and different mordants on the dyeing effect and fastness.It can be concluded that theaflavin is most suitably used as pigment to dye cashmere,the employment of mordant can improve the brightness of dyed color and the fastness of mordant dyeing with copper as mordant is the best compared with others.
