法律+英语的复合型人才培养模式研究——以大连民族学院为例

Existing Status and Training Method of Legal English Versatile Person in the Law Department of Dalian Nationalities University

针对近年来法学专业毕业生就业率一直偏低的现状,提出"法律+法律英语"的复合型知识结构可以极大提高法律系学生的就业竞争力;认为现有的教学模式还不足以支撑对该类型知识结构的培养,应当通过教学改革整合资源,建立科学有效的法律英语培养模式。

In recent years,the employment rate of law school students is on the low side.Whatever these students do after graduation,the background of ＂Law＋ Legal English＂ training could always improve their competitive power.However,the existing training model is not enough to fulfill this goal.In order to set up scientific and effective Legal English training,innovation in teaching methods should be pursued.
