摘要
采用场强模型划分2004、2007年海西区20个地级以上城市腹地范围,依据腹地竞争对象是否属于区内分为区内竞争城市、区外竞争城市和双重竞争城市3类,并以福州市为例揭示了区外城市对区内双重竞争城市的挤压是导致整个海西区城市腹地流失的原因。在腹地人力资源竞争方面,借助就业结构相似系数反映城市间竞争强度,仍以福州市为例从区内城市和腹地邻接城市两个视角展开深入探讨。分析发现虽然福州与海西区其他城市整体竞争趋势有所降低,但仍处于较为激烈的人力资源争夺环境中,尤以腹地邻接城市施加的压力最大。
According to the field-strength model,the paper delimits the urban hinterland of 20 cities at prefecture level or above in the economic zone on west side of straits in 2004 and 2007,and classifies the 20 cities into 3 groups including the cities only competed with others inside the economic zone for hinterland,the cities only competed with others outside the zone and the cities competed with both.Through the case of Fuzhou city,the paper reveals the pressure which is on the both-competed cities and brought by the cities outside the zone is the reason for the loss of urban hinterland area of all the 20 cities.On the competition of human resources in urban hinterland,the intensity of competition can be reflected by the similarity coefficient of employment structure.Then the paper can set Fuzhou city as a case,and analyze the intensity of competition by two perspectives.One is based on the similarity coefficient of employment structure between Fuzhou and other cities in the economic zone,the other is between Fuzhou and other cities with adjacent hinterland.The result shows that although the intensity of competition between Fuzhou and other cities inside the zone declines wholly,Fuzhou is still in a intense competitive environment of the human resources,especially it has to suffer the biggest pressure brought by the cities with adjacent hinterland.
