摘要
对武汉地区20所高校30多个专业中大一至大四本科、高职专科学生采用问卷调查形式进行调查,对调查结果的分析表明,目前大学生创业就业中还存在着就业观念滞后、高校教育与市场需求之间有差距等问题。高校应加强应用型人才培养的改革,大力开展大学生社会实践活动,加强创业就业教育;政府在大力发展经济的同时,应针对大学生创业就业加强政策引导和创业资金的支持。
By analyzing the questionnaire results involving undergraduates and vocational students of more than 30 specialties from 20 universities and colleges in their 1st to 4th year in college,we find out that there is a gap between university education plan and market demand and university students' concept about employment lags behind the reality at present.The authors therefore come to the conclusion that university education should focus more on developing practice-oriented talents by offering the students more opportunities to apply their knowledge to practice so that they get better chances for employment and are better equipped to start their own business.Besides,government should also provide more effective support both in policy and finance.
