摘要
通过测试分析莨纱绸的机械性能、舒适性、抗紫外性的相关指标,并与传统丝绸进行比较,研究莨纱绸的结构性能。结果表明:和传统丝绸相比,莨纱绸经过晒莨加工后,织物的经纬密度基本不变,强力有所增加,厚度和平方米质量明显增加,撕裂强力、断裂伸长率和折皱回复性有所下降;回潮率增加,织物表现出良好的防水透湿特性;克罗值有所增加,但远远小于1,表明莨纱绸仍然具有凉爽的特性;UPF值达到65,表明莨纱绸是一种优异的天然抗紫外织物。
The structure and property of Gambiered Guangdong Silk was studied by testing its mechanical property,comfortableness,and UV resistance,and compared with the corresponding traditional silk fabric.The results showed that compared with the traditional silk,the warp and weft density of Gambiered Guangdong Silk was basically unchanged,but the thickness and weight per square meter significantly increased.The Gambiered Guangdong Silk's tensile strength was also increased a little bit,while the tensile elongation at break,tearing strength and wrinkle resistance was decreased.The Gambiered Guangdong Silk was hydrophobic on surface,but fabric's moisture regain was increased,moisture permeability was good,displaying the same characteristics with waterproof breathable fabric.The CLO value of Gambiered Guangdong Silk was a little higher than general silk,but was far less than 1,indicating that Gambiered Guangdong Silk still has cool features.The Gambiered Guangdong Silk's UPF value could reached 65,indicating that Gambiered Guangdong Silk is an excellent natural anti-UV fabric.
