对自动缫纤度控制的一致性、灵敏性、及时性和示值稳定性进行了分析,并对它们影响偏差的相互关系进行了阐述。指出一致性重点是工艺设计控制样本的确定;灵敏性主要是细限纤度附近要产生固体摩擦变为液体摩擦的突变,核心是垫片厚度等于细限纤度直径;及时性目前已由设备完成,主要是给茧机与探索添绪的同步;示值稳定性是目前生产中需要控制的变量,不可能达到某一个值,仅能控制在一个模糊区间内。

This paper analyzed the consistency,sensitivity,timeliness and indication stability of the automatic reeling denier control respectively,and explained the influences of these factors to the denier deviation.The key of consistency is the determination of control samples by technical design.The sensitivity mainly depends on the mutation from solid friction to liquid friction near the thin limited denier,and the control point is the gasket thickness must be equal to the thin limited denier.The timeliness is completed by equipments,and the synchronous of the cocoon supply machine and the exploration set is the control point.The indication stability is needed to control during the processing.It is an intermediate variable and can only be controlled in a fuzzy interval.
