中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎121例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 121 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM

目的:探讨慢性盆腔炎的中医辨证分型和治疗方法,提高临床诊治效率。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2009年12月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,根据患者的中医辨证分型结果采用不同的方法进行治疗,并以117例采用西医治疗的患者为对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为93.93%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗时间明显短于对照组,治疗成本也低于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎针对病因用药,有效发挥了中医治疗的传统优势,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the TCM in differentiation and therapy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, improve the clinically effect. Methods： To analyze the clinical date from January 2009- December 2009, taking TCM in differentiation, 117 cases of western medicine for control group, to compare the effect of two groups. Results： In observation group the total efficiency rate for 93.93%, is higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, between the two groups have a statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by TCM in differentiation, has a good effect, is being worth clinically applied.
