两种不同方法测定红细胞比积结果分析

Results analysis of determination hematocrit by two different methods

目的:分析比较不同方法检测红细胞比积(HCT)的结果差异。方法:随机采集123份静脉血样,用EDTA-K2抗凝剂抗凝,分别用温氏法和迈瑞BC2000全自动血细胞分析仪测定HCT,所得结果进行统计学分析。结果:温氏法(Wintrobe):0.451%±0.035%,全自动血球仪法:0.409%±0.031%。经统计学分析,t=﹣9.963,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论:温氏法与血液分析仪法HCT检测结果仍存在较大差异,建议新购置的血液细胞分析仪应用温氏法进行校正后才能应用于临床检测或建立本室的参考区间。

Objective： To analyze and compare the results different of determination hematocrit by two different methods. Methods： Randomly collection 123 venous blood samples, taking EDTA-K2anticoagulants anticoagulant,to determine the HCT were used to wintrobe and Mairui BC2000 automatic blood cell analyzer, by statistically analyzing the methods. Results： Wintrobe： 0.451%_ 0.035%, automatic blood cell analyzer： 0.409%±0.031%. By statistically analyzing, t= - 9.963, P〈0.01, difference have statistically significant. Conclusion： Wintrobe and automatic blood cell analyzer have a significant difference.
