自拟方溶栓通脉散治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating acute cerebral infarction with Rongshuan Tongmai San

我们应用自拟方溶栓通脉散联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗塞与常用的低分子右旋糖苷合丹参治疗急性脑梗塞作对比观察,比较两组的临床疗效,观察组总有效率为100%、显效率为84.5%,对照组总有效率为87.5,显效率为42.5。P<0.01,具有显著差异性,观察组的治疗效果和神经功能缺损平均减少积分明显优于对照组,说明溶栓通脉散联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗塞具有临床价值。

To compare and observe on the clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with Rongshuan Tongmai San and treating acute cerebral infarction with dextran plus Danshen, in observation group the total efficiency rate for 100%, efficiency for 84.5%, in control group efficiency rate for 87.5, efficiency rate for 42.5. P〈0.01, have a significant difference, in observation group the effect and average reduction in integral function defect is better than the control group, treating acute cerebral infarction is being worth clinically applied.
