摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将106例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组46例,对照组给予西酞普兰治疗,在对照组基础上给予柴胡疏肝汤加减治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率84.78%。结论:中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效取得良好疗效。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating post-stroke depression in the integrative medicine. Methods： 106 cases randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 46 cases, control group using citalopram, treatment group bases control group using Chaihu Shugan decoction. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group is 95.00%, the total effective rate of control group is 84.78%. Conclusion： Treating post-stroke depression in the integrative medicine has a good effect.
