摘要
在传统直接沉淀法的基础上,以醋酸铜为铜源、氢氧化钠为沉淀剂、光合细菌培养液为分散剂制备了纳米氧化铜粉体,并对产品的结构性能进行了表征。通过改变反应条件,获得最佳工艺参数:醋酸铜的初始浓度为20 mmol/L,pH值为11,光合细菌的培养时间为7 d,前驱物的焙烧温度为400℃,所得产品的平均粒径在40 nm左右。研究表明:光合细菌的培养液对纳米微粒具有一定的分散作用。
The nanocrystalline CuO powders were prepared on the basis of conventional direct precipitation method with copper acetate as raw material,sodium hydroxide as precipitating agent and culture fluid from photosynthetic bacterium as dispersant,and the structure and properties of the product were characterized.By changing reaction conditions,the optimum preparation conditions of nano-CuO were obtained: the initial concentration of raw material 30 mmol/L,pH value 11,the incubation time of photosynthetic bacterium 7 days,calcination temperature of precursor 400 ℃.The average particle size of the product was 40 nm.The results show that the culture fluid from photosynthetic bacterium has a certain dispersing effect in preparing nanoparticles.
