对文成小水电发展的思考

Thinking over the Small Hydropower Development of Wencheng County

针对在市场经济条件下文成小水电企业所面临的问题及现状,提出了以加强电网改造建设为基础,企业规范化管理、信约化经营为手段,建立地方现代电力企业制度为目标,大力开拓市场,提高市场生存能力,增加成本控制力度,提高生产技术水平和发展其他产业等小水电企业在市场中求生存求发展之道。

In accordance with the problems and current situation with which are faced Wencheng small hydropower enterprises under the conditions of market economy,a series of measures are proposed： to strengthen the power grid reform and construction,to standardize business management and commitment,to build rules and regulations of modern power enterprises,to expand market strongly,to reinforce cost control,to raise productive capacity and technical level and to develop small hydropower enterprises in the market environment.
