介绍了杭州市堤塘管理单位在海塘工程中,维修养护物业化合同的几种类型,对各类型合同的特点与合同风险进行了分析,以便更好地选择适合自己的物业合同管理模式。
Some types of property contract for repair and maintenance of sea bank projects for Hangzhou dike and bank management institution are introduced.The characteristics of different types of contracts and their risks are analyzed in order to select appropriate models of contract.
