小儿川崎病21例临床资料分析

Analysis of clinical data of 21 children with Kawasaki disease

目的:通过分析小儿川崎病的临床资料,以探讨其临床特点。方法:对本院2007年6月～2008年8月收治的21例小儿川崎病临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:21例川崎病均有发热,出现皮疹20例,球结膜充血19例,颈部淋巴结增大19例,唇及口腔改变14例,手足症状13例,发生冠状动脉病变5例,血白细胞升高19例,血沉值增大19例,心肌酶异常12例。结论:川崎病具有多系统、多脏器受累的特点。

Objective：To explore the clinical features of Kawasaki disease by analyzing its clinical data.Methods：The clinical data of 21 children with Kawasaki disease,which were diagnosed at Qilu children ＇s hospital of Shandong university during June 2007 and August 2008,were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All patients had fever,20 cases of them had dash,19 cases of them had Hyperemia bulbar,nlarged cervical lymph nodes,elevated WBC and elevated ESR,13 cases of them had hand and foot symptoms,5 cases of them had coronary pathological changes,Cardiac enzyme was abnomal in 12 cases of them.Conclusion：Kawasaki disease was charactered by multi-system and multi-organ involvement.
