经鼓室置管给以糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋临床分析

Clinical Analysis of sudden deafness treated with intratympanic dexamethasone injection

目的:探讨经鼓室置管给以地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:25例突发性耳聋患者除了常规治疗外,通过中耳置管,将地塞米松注入鼓室,为中耳置管激素治疗组;25例以常规扩血管、营养神经及高压氧治疗作为对照组,将两组疗效进行对比。结果:中耳置管激素治疗组痊愈3例,显效8例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率为80.0%;对照组痊愈1例,显效5例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率为56.0%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松经鼓室置管治疗突发性耳聋具有良好疗效,可避免激素全身用药的副作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of sudden deafness by injecting dexamethasone through the tympanic cavity intubation.Methods：25 cases in treatment group besides the conventional treatment,dexamethasone was injected into the tympanic cavity.25 cases in control group was treated by conventional method such as blood vessel expander,nerve nutritional agents,hyperbaric oxygen inhalation.effect of two groups Compared.Results：In contol group,three cases were cured,8 cases improved prominently,9 cases improved,and 5 cases were ineffective,the general effective rate was 80.0%.In control group,1 cases cured,5 cases improved prominently,8 cases improved,and 11 cases were ineffective,the general effective rate was 56.0%.The difference between two groups was significant statistically（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment for sudden deafness by intra tympanic dexamethasone injection is effective and safe.It can effectively avoid the side-effect of dexamethasone by systemic administration.
