摘要
目的 论述功效分析在药物疗效评价工作中的重要性和实施办法。方法 由Lachin(1981)所述通用功效函数引申出常用检验功效分析方法。结果 制成便于临床应用的功效表。结论 功效分析有助于提高药物疗效评价的准确性。
Objective To discuss the importance and the procedures of power analysis in the clinical evaluation of drugs. Methods The procedures of power analysis for some common tests and the power tables are derived from the power function mentioned by Lachin(1981). Results The power tables are made and they are convenient for clin-ical applications. Conclusion Power analysis is helpful for increasing the accuracy of the clinical evaluation of drugs.
