张力带内固定和中药早期熏洗治疗髌骨骨折69例临床总结 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨张力带内固定和中药早期熏洗治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对69例各种有移位髌骨骨折患者施行切开复位张力带内固定,其中对粉碎性骨折采用多针张力带固定,加上早期中药外洗方熏洗。结果:采用张力带固定和中药早期熏洗治疗各种有移位髌骨的骨折,发现其具有骨折复位良好,骨折愈合快,膝关节活动功能恢复好的优点。结论:张力带内固定和中药早期熏洗治疗髌骨骨折,操作方便,固定作用可靠,术后不用外固定,可及早行膝关节功能锻炼,加上中药早期熏洗,更有利于促进骨折愈合,防止关节粘连,加快功能恢复,是治疗髌骨骨折的理想方法。
