摘要
利用自制新型浮选柱对盐湖卤水中的锂进行了分离富集研究。确定了优化的操作参数,使一次浮选富集率高达90%;与主要杂质元素镁、钙得到有效分离。实验结果证明,在室温下浮选5 min,[Fe3+]/[Li+]为1.3~2.0,煤油/TBP为2/3时,锂的浮选富集率最高。溶剂浮选分离富集盐湖卤水中锂具有高效,操作简便等优点,有望在未来的盐湖卤水提锂中得到应用。
The lithium in the simulated salt lake brine was separated and enriched by the newly self-made flotation column in the study.the optimal operating parameters are determined,which make the flotation rate reaching nearly 90 percent,and the main impurities of magneseium and calucium were separated effectively.The results show that flotating at room temperature for five minutes,lithium has the highedt rate of flotation enrichment.When the concenration ratio of Fe3+ to Li+ is 1.3~2.0 and the volume of kerosene to TBP is 2/3,separating and enriching lithium in salt lake brine with solvent flotation has many advantages,such as high efficiency,easy operation and so on.It is expected that it will be applied to the future extraction of lithium from salt lake brine.
