变应原检测在儿童变应性鼻炎诊断中的作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨变应原检测在儿童变应性鼻炎临床诊断中的作用。方法:选择变应性鼻炎儿童200例,采用BICOM-2000系统进行吸入性变应原和食物性变应原过筛检测,统计不同性别、年龄组、个人过敏史及家族过敏史患者之间的阳性率差异。结果:总阳性率82.0%,吸入性变应原阳性率73.0%,食物性变应原阳性率32.0%;〈3岁组食物性变应原阳性率显著高于3~7岁组和〉7岁组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);3~7岁组吸入性变应原阳性率显著高于其他两组(P〈0.05)。有个人过敏史的变应性鼻炎儿童变应原阳性率显著高于无个人过敏史组(P〈0.05);不同性别、有无家族过敏史变应原阳性率差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论:儿童变应性鼻炎的触发因素多为吸入性变应原;随着年龄增长,食物性变应原阳性率有降低趋势。
