A Study on the Construction of Modern Network City in Jiaxing

在给出网络型城市的概念与特征之后,对国内外网络型城市发展的理论与实践进行了概述。并认为嘉兴建设网络型城市已经有了较好的现实基础,但还存在网络节点连接的软硬件、公共服务、公共制度建设方面滞后,区域整体优势得不到发挥等问题。文章认为原有城乡发展模式带来的城乡差距是推进网络型城市发展模式的现实需求,诸多城市内部问题以及跨区域问题的解决是推进网络型城市发展的必然要求,科层式管理造成各节点城市的发展机会不均等是选择网络型发展模式的内在动力。

After giving the definition and showing the characteristics of network cities,this paper gives an overview of the development of network cities both domestic and abroad in theory and practice.It also maintains that the building of a network city in Jiaxing already has a good foundation in reality,but there exist problems such as the lag of hardware and software,public services,and public institutional development for the network node connections,inadequate exertion of the overall regional advantage,etc.The paper holds that the urban-rural gap brought by the original mode of urban and rural development leads to a practical demand of promoting the network-based urban development model,the solution to many internal problems of the city and cross-regional problems is the inevitable requirement for the model promotion,and the unequal development opportunities for node cities caused by the hierarchical management produces intrinsic motivation for choosing the network-based development model.
