分析管理、教导与服务(法治、理治与情治)在思想形成中的作用,以及各自的优劣点,认为应该以管理为基础,强化大学生责任意识;以教导为契机,促进大学生自我教育;以服务为重点,促进大学生全面发展。

This paper discusses the role of management,teaching and service（rule of law,reason and emotion） in the formation of university students＇ ideology,and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages.It is stated that taking the management as the basis to strengthened students＇ responsibility consciousness;taking the teaching as the chance to enhance students＇ self-education;and taking the service as the key point to promote students＇ all-round development.
