摘要
分析了传播媒体变革的原因,以及对高校教师专业化发展的重要意义,认为传播媒体变革在提高高校教师的教育技术能力、教学设计水平,实现教师角色转换等方面具有促进作用,提出了传播媒体变革环境下高校教师专业化发展的具体策略。
The reason of mass media reform and the significance of college teachers＇ professional development are analyzed. It is pointed out that mass media plays a promoting effect in improving college teachers＇ educational skill ability, teaching design level and realizing teachers＇ role change.
