加味甘草泻心汤治疗放化疗所致口腔溃疡20例

Treating 20 cases of oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy with Jiawei Gancao Xiexin decoction

目的:观察加味甘草泻心汤治疗放化疗所致口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:2008年10月至2010年10月收治的20例放化疗所致口腔溃疡患者,均口服加味甘草泻心汤中药汤剂,排除其他针对口腔溃疡全身或局部用药。结果:显效11例(5%),好转6例(30%),无效3例(15%)。总有效率为85%。结论:加味甘草泻心汤治疗放化疗所致口腔溃疡疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy with Jiawei Gancao Xiexin decoction. Methods： October 2008 to October 2010, 20 patients were treated oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy in patients with, using Jiawei Gancao Xiexin decoction, for the exclusion of other systemic or topical of oral ulcers. Results： Markedly were 11 cases （55%）, effective were 6 cases （30%）, invalid were 3 cases （15%）, the total effective rate was 85%. Conclusion： Treating oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy with Jiawei Gancao Xiexin decoction has a good effect, is worth being applied.
