氯化聚乙烯橡胶改性聚丙烯的非等温结晶行为研究

摘要 用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)改性聚丙烯(PP)的非等温结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着降温速度上升,样品结晶温度下降,结晶速度上升。在以15k/min与20k/min速度降温时,发现两者的结晶行为相一致。采用TCHC交联剂的1#样品的结晶温度与速度都大于采用DCP交联剂的2#样品,前者的硫化效率低,对结晶影响小。本文又通过求解非等温结晶动力学参数与结晶活化能,进一步解释了1#与2#样品的结晶行为。 Non-isothermal crystallization behavior of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM)/polypropylene blends were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results showed that with the cooling rate increased, the crystallization temperature decreased, crystallization rate rise. In the cooling speed of 15k/min and 20k/min, we found the both crystallization behavior consistent. The crystallization rate and crystallinity of Sarnplel crossliaked by TCHC are greater than sample 2 by DCP. And by solving this non-isothermal crystallization kinetic parameters and the crystallization activation energy ,it is further explained the 1 # and 2 # the crystallization behavior.
