摘要
将经过表面处理的纳米CaCO_3分别用两种方法制备成母粒并与PP复合,制备成PP/CaCO_3与PP/PP-g-GMA/CaCO_3纳米复合材料。对纳米复合材料的力学性能和结晶行为进行了测试。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙对PP的β晶的形成具有诱导作用,并且在PP/PP-g-GMA/CaCO_3纳米复合材料中,纳米CaCO_3含量在低于20%时,可同时解决增韧和增强的问题。
Two kinds of PP/CaCO3 and PP/PP-g-GMA/CaCO3 nanocomposites with the pre-treament nano-CaCO3 were prepared by melt extrusion. And the mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of nanocomposite were investigated .It is shown that nano-CaCO3 can cause the generation of β-PP, and PP/PP-g-GMA/CaCO3 nano-composite, with nano-CaCO3 content lower than 20%, can enhance the tensile strength and notched impact strength simultanously.
