自蔓延高温合成镍钛形状记忆合金的生物医学基础研究——第一部分:多孔体的研制 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研制孔洞分布均匀,孔隙率高又有一定强度的镍钛合金多孔材料,研究其生物学特性,探寻修复颌骨缺损的新材料和新方法。材料和方法:应用自蔓延高温合成工艺,制成镍钛合金多孔体,观察多孔体的孔洞分布,孔洞形貌及孔隙率。结果:预热温度是影响多孔体的最重要的因素,当预热温度为400℃时,多孔体孔隙形成率达最大值70%,压缩强度为100MPa,形状恢复率达92%。结论:自蔓延高温合成钛镍形状记忆合金多孔体比重轻,强度高,孔隙可能有利于与周围组织的结合,可望成为良好的颌骨修复代用品。 ; Purpose. Manufacture the NiTi shape memory alloy(SMA)porosint and study its biocharacteristice. Material and Method. SHS NiTi SMA was prepared by sdlfpropagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) and the technical parameters were studied and opttimized. Result. The payout parameter is the pre-heating temperature which has the main effect on the distributing of the holes. When the pre-heating temperature is about 400℃, the porosity of the porosint is about 70%. The conpressive strength is 100Mpa and the shape recovery is 92%. Conclusion. The porosint of SHS SMA has a high strength and low gravity, and the holes have the advatage of linkup with the surrouding tissues. The SHS SMA porosint may be the promissing artifical bone material.
