摘要
本文首先介绍了动态矩阵控制算法原理,进而将动态矩阵控制算法应用到工业电加热炉的温度控制中,研究表明动态矩阵控制相对于传统的P ID控制和进行Sm ith预估补偿的P ID控制,可获得更加满意的控制效果,动态矩阵控制能够很好的克服对象的大滞后特性,有效提高控制品质,是一种值得推广的过程控制方法。
This paper firstly introduces the principle of DMC algorithm,and then applied the DMC algorithm to the temperature control system of industrial electric heater.The results confirmed that DMC algorithm can obtain a more satisfactory control performance,compared with the traditional PID control and Smith compensated PID control system.DMC algorithm can largely overcome the time delay characteristics of the system,effectively improve the control quality,is a worthy promoting method of process control.
