摘要
本文讨论了黄绵土不同作物下的土壤酶和养分流失及其相互关系。结果表明,流失泥沙中的转化酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和有机质、全氮、全钾,有效态氮、磷、钾、钙、锌、铜、硼和钼含量显著高于水土流失区0~5cm 表土中的含量,其他酶和养分无质的差异;流失的酶之间(除多酚氧化酶外)以及它们与泥沙中的有机质、全氮、有效钾呈显著的正相关关系,酶与其他流失养分的相关性较差。研究还证明,土壤转化酶和磷酸酶活性可作为土壤侵蚀度的分级指标。
The paper studies the relationship of soil enzymes with nutrition loss of yellow loamy soil in different crops.The results shows that the contents of invertase,phosphatase hydrogen peroxidase activity, organic matter,total N,total K,effective N,P,K,Ca,Zn,Cu,B and Mo in the loss sediment are much higher than that in the 1~5cm topsoil,other enzymes and nutrition are basically the same.The lost enzymes except polyphenol oxidase have positive correlation with enzymes and organic matter,total N and effective K in the sediment,and have little relativi- ty to other lost nutrition,It is advanced that the activities of soil inver- tase and phosphatase could be used as index to classify soil erosion.
