摘要 目的 研究大鼠下丘脑交叉上核生长抑素能神经元的昼夜节律变化。方法 采用免疫细胞化学方法结合计算机图像处理定量测定大鼠交叉上核中生长抑素阳性神经元的分布密度、阳性神经元的截面积和阳性神经元的光密度。结果 在 2 4h内 ,交叉上核生长抑素阳性神经元的分布密度和截面积没有显著变化 ,阳性神经元的光密度有显著的昼夜节律差别。结论 大鼠下丘脑交叉上核神经元中生长抑素的昼夜节律变化显著 ,其节律变化可能由机体内在因素调控。 Objective To study the circadian rhythmicity of somatostatin like-immunoreactive neurons in the rat suprachiasmatic nucleus.?Methods The amount, sectional area and optical density of somatostatin like-immunoreactive neurons in the rat suprachiasmatic nucleus were measured by immunoreactive cytochemistry combined with image processing.?Results No significant differences on the amount and sectional area of somatostatin like-immunoreactive neurons in the rat suprachiasmatic nucleus were observed in a period of 24 h. The optical density of somatostatin like-immunoreactive neurons showed a distinct circadian rhythm.?Conclusion Somatostatin like-immunoreactivity of the suprachiasmatic nucleus exhibits a clear circadian rhythm. The cellular content of somatostatin in the suprachiasmatic nucleus may be under the control of the endogenous circadian pacemaker.
