徐州市市区1998年潜在生命、工作损失值分析

ANALYSIS ON MORTALITY DATA OF YPLL AND WYPLL IN XUZHOU,1998

目的 进一步评价徐州市市区居民健康状况和各类疾病的危害性。方法 对市区疾病监测资料通过ICD - 9分类 ,应用潜在生命损失年数 (YPLL)、潜在工作损失年数 (WYPLL)等指标进行分析。结果 徐州市市区居民各类死因平均减寿率 46 .5 0‰ ,主要死因平均YPLL为 9.84a ,按平均YPLL顺位为 :意外伤害、消化系病、肿瘤、泌尿生殖系病等。结论 1998年徐州市市区居民健康的主要威胁是意外伤害和慢性病 ,使居民寿命损失最大的是意外伤害、消化系病和肿瘤。

Objective The health situation of urban residents and the harmful effects of diseases were estimated further in Xuzhou.?Methods The data of the city proper Disease Surveillance classified by ICD-9 were analyzed with the indices as Years of Potential Life Lost(YPLL) and Work Years of Potential Life Lost(WYPLL).?Results The average YPLL was 9.84 a and the average rate of YPLL was 46.50‰.YPLL sequence was as follows: accident injuries, digestive system diseases, neoplasms and urogenital diseases.?Conclusion The main diseases that did harm to the urban residents were accident injuries and chronic diseases. Accident injuries, digestive system diseases and neoplasms were the primary causes of life lost.
