摘要
目的:观察两种剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法:选择门诊1,2级高血压患者106例,随机分为两组,分别给予12.5mg和25mg的氢氯噻嗪,qd,观察8周。比较两种剂量氢氯噻嗪的降压疗效及主要生化指标。结果:(1)降压疗效:12.5mg组和25mg组氢氯噻嗪治疗前后的收缩压和舒张压都有明显下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。但降压幅度、总有效率差异无显著性。(2)生化指标:治疗8周后,两组患者均出现血清钾下降及血尿酸增加,但25mg氢氯噻嗪对患者的影响更明显,且出现血糖升高,与治疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:每日服用12.5mg氢氯噻嗪可有效降低1,2级原发性高血压患者的血压,与25mg组相比,降压作用相当,但对生化影响及出现的不良反应较少。
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effects and the salty of two dosages regime of hydrochlorothiazide for the treatment of essential hypertension. METHODS In order to compare the therapeutic effects and the main biochemical indicators of 12.5 mg dosage with that of 25 mg dosage, 11)6 hyperpietic outpatients who belong to the first or the second level, were div id into two groups stochastically, and the two groups taking different dosage medicine once per day respectively, and then keep ing observing the gioups for 8 weeks. RESULTS ( 1 ) curative effect: the systolic pressures and the diastolic pressures of the two groups reduced obviously ajter treatment, and the reductions had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). However, both the extent of reduction and the total efficiency hadn't statistical significance. (2)biochemical indicator: After 8 weeks treatment, both groups had the decline of serum potassium and the increase of serum uric acid. but the impact of 12.5 mg dosage was more marked as well as the increase of blood sugar. Compared with the indicators before the treatment, these results had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION The blood pressure of hyperpietic patient, belonging to the first or the second level, can be reduced effectively after taking 12.5 mg dosage hydrochlorothiazide everyday. Compared with the 25 mg dosage, besides the 12. 5 mg dosage has equivalent effect on reducing blood pressure, its biochemical influences and ill responses are less.
