摘要
在pH6.2的Britton-Robinson缓冲介质中,替米沙坦(TMST)与生物染色剂固绿FCF(FGF)反应,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大正、负吸收波长分别位于598、632 nm,从而建立光度法测定替米沙坦。在598、632 nm处,替米沙坦分别在0~1.35×10-5mol/L、0~1.05×10-5mol/L范围内遵从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为7.65×104 L.mol-1.cm-1、1.70×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限分别为8.22×10-7 mol/L和3.20×10-7 mol/L。该方法可用于临床用药、血样及尿样中替米沙坦的测定。
In Britton-Robinson buffer solution with pH 6.2, telmisartan (TMST) reacts with the dye of Fast green FCF to form ion association complex, resulting that the solution color changes significantly. The maximum absorption wavelength and maximum fading wavelength are at 598 nm and 632 nm respectively. Based on this the determination method of telmisartan was established. At the maximum absorption and fading wavelength, with the concentration range of 0 - 1.35 × 10 -5mol/L and 0 - 1.05 × 10 -5mol/L the concentrations of telmisartan comply with the Lambert-Beer's law, the apparent molar absorptivity is 7.65 × 10^4LL·mol^-1·cm^-1 and 1.67× 10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 and the detection limit is 8.22 × 10 -7mol/L and 3.20 × 10^-7 moL/L respectively. The method has high sensitivity and good selectivity, It was successfully used for the determination of content of telmisartan in medicine samples and human serum and human urine, with satisfactory results.
