摘要
本文先从19世纪的《字典》中引例,再用今福州话的材料补充,讨论了福州话的"子、囝、儿"三种小称后缀。本文重点在于说明除了"子"和"囝","儿"尾也一直存在于福州话中,作为形容词重叠式后缀的用法依然鲜活。
Collected in this article are words with diminutive suffixes子,囝,儿 from The Alphabetic Dictionary in the Foochow Dialect that was published in 1870,supplemented with materials from the cur-rent Fuzhou dialect.The writer concludes that,besides 子 and囝l,the diminutive JL exists also in Fuzhou dialect all along and is still active in use as a suffix to the AA form.
