Development and testing of Viloft/polyester blended yarn

介绍了Viloft(维劳夫特)新型环保纤维的主要性能,对中空涤纶纤维的主要性能特点做了简单叙述,对2种纤维的性能指标进行了对比。根据Viloft纤维和中空涤纶纤维的性能特点确定了合理的混纺比,开发出了Viloft/中空涤纶混纺纱。为了充分体现该种混纺纱的性能优势,对混纺纱的回潮率、重量不匀率、强力、毛羽以及耐磨次数等主要性能指标进行了测试分析,最后通过与涤纶纯纺纱进行比较,总结出了Viloft/中空涤纶混纺纱线的优势。

Viloft is a kind of new material which is used textile industry in recent years,it has very good function of warmth,wicking,humidity adjusting and moisture absorption.This article describes a new type of environmentally friendly fiber Viloft and its key features.Through blending Viloft with polyester fiber,we developed a Viloft/polyester blended yarn.By testing its main performance index and comparing with polyester yarn,we summarized many advantages of Viloft/polyester blended yarn.
