摘要
通过对比前纺各道工序半制品条干不匀率与乌斯特公报统计值,分析出前纺过程各工序工艺参数配置是否合理,并依此对纺纱前纺车间设备生产能力进行诊断。结合诊断结果进一步对相应的工序进行分析,对于生产能力弱的纺纱设备,可以降低车速或减小牵伸倍数,减轻其生产负担,分给生产能力强的工序;对于机器设备生产能力强的工序,可以通过提高车速,增加牵伸倍数,适当增加该设备的负荷;通过对各道工序工艺的优良组合,生产更优质、高效的纱线。最后,运用面向对象编程语言Visual Basic,将上述调整过程编写成一套纺纱车间设备生产能力诊断系统,并将其应用于实际生产中进行验证。
By comparing the evenness of semi-finished products with the statistics of USTER statistical bulletin,the rationality of processing parameters of yarn preparatory was analyzed,and the productive capacity of equipment was diagnosed according to this.Then,the system analyzed corresponding processes according to the diagnosis.For the weak capacity of spinning equipment,system can reduce the speed or decrease the drawing ratio to reduce its production burden.While for the strong capacity of spinning equipment,system can improve the speed,or increase drawing ratio to increase the load on the device appropriately.By this way,the system could put every process in the fine combination to produce high quality and efficiency yarn.Finally,we used the object-oriented programming language-Visual Basic putting the above-mentioned adjustment process into a computer diagnostic systems,and verify it by applying to the actual production.
